About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team at SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care. As a BCBA, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing customized treatment plans for individuals with cognitive, developmental, or intellectual disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial and ongoing assessments to identify the needs of individuals served
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that deliver real results and exceed expectations
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care
  • Conduct home visits and observations to ensure effective implementation of treatment plans
  • Provide training and in-service training to staff on behaviorally based interventions and techniques
  • Document progress and maintain accurate records to ensure information is readily available to interested parties
  • Act as liaison with the public and mental health community to support individual development goals
  • Assist in developing procedures for training materials to enhance programs for individuals and ensure program operations are in compliance with established guidelines
  • Continued education on behaviorally based interventions and techniques to stay competitive in the field

Requirements:

  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • Minimum two years' experience working with individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities
  • Specialized training and/or experience in basic applied behavior principles, including understanding of plan implementation, data collection, behavior interventions/replacement behaviors, and risk identification/amelioration
  • Continuing Education Training: Documented completion of 10 hours of annual training related to behavior supports offered through courses, seminars, or conferences and/or training provided by the Department of Behavioral Health and Developmental Disabilities

Salary Range: $80.00 per hour
