As a Shift Manager, you will be supporting the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) in overseeing excellent work shifts and upholding Taco Bell's standards. You will demonstrate accountability and take charge of resolving issues, seeking assistance when necessary, and mentoring and assisting others. Key duties involve ensuring that Team Members fulfill all assigned tasks and deliver safe, high-quality food in a welcoming manner, as well as maintaining a secure environment for both employees and customers.
