Description: The Wealth Management – Brokerage Client Service Specialist role provides candidates with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of Investment Products while delivering exceptional customer service in a Contact Center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Field incoming customer calls and provide high-quality solutions
- Identify opportunities to connect customers with Financial Advisors to review financial needs
- Develop expertise in Investment products to handle customer inquiries effectively
Qualifications:
- Positive and customer-focused mindset
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent listening and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Interest in Wealth Management and Investment Products
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Proficiency in Computer Based systems
Requirements:
- Securities Licenses not mandatory
- SIE, Series 7 or Series 63 certifications are a plus
Hours & Work Schedule:
- Hours per Week: 40
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
