The respected and accomplished Puget Sound based Personal Injury law firm of Adler Giersch seeks a Professional Development Specialist to play a pivotal role in enhancing the visibility, reputation, community, and client connection efforts of our top-tier firm.

We started in 1983 and are a successful 5-attorney boutique law firm with offices in Seattle, Issaquah, Everett, and Kent.

Our practice emphasizes moderate and severe trauma injury cases and major cases involving traumatic brain injury.

The key responsibilities for this position include:
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies

Create comprehensive marketing plans tailored to our practice area and market.
Utilize and improve our brand guidelines.
Collaborate with attorneys and partners to identify focused marketing strategies.
Execute digital marketing campaigns, monitor SEO best practices, develop email marketing, and social media initiatives.
Oversee the production of marketing materials including published educational books, brochures, and online content.
Client Relationship Management

Coordinate client events, seminars and webinars to showcase the firm's expertise.
Conduct client surveys and feedback sessions to improve services.
Business Development

Identify new business opportunities within the legal industry.
Develop community outreach strategies.
Assist attorneys with presentations to healthcare professionals.
Monitor competitor activities and market changes and adjust strategies accordingly.
Photograph and document firm events.
Brand Management

Ensure brand guideline consistency across all marketing and communication channels.
Manage the firm's online presence, including website and social media.
Monitor online reviews.
Data Analysis and Reporting

Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns with relevant metrics.
Prepare regular reporting on key performance indicators and marketing ROI.
Use data insights to make informed recommendations for future marketing strategies.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field.
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within a law firm or professional services organization.
Strong understanding of digital marketing techniques and tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Comfortable engaging with community partners, clients, and healthcare professionals.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in social media platforms, Google Analytics and Search Console, and email marketing platforms.
Strategic thinker with a creative mindset and results-oriented approach.
Familiarity with legal terminology.
Access to a private vehicle, and ability to lift at least 25 pounds.

Able to work in our Seattle office, located in lower Queen Anne (parking included), with potential for a hybrid and flexible work schedule.

Benefits & Salary


We offer a competitive compensation package, with full benefits and a 401 (K) plan with matching contributions from the firm.

The base salary range is

$60,000 to $80,000 , annually, as well as qualification for annual performance based bonuses. Compensation may vary outside of this range, depending upon a number of factors, such as qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, and location. The compensation package includes health, vision, dental, and life insurance, PTO, and paid holidays.
