  • The Community Specialist SSVF (SupportiveServicesforVeteranFamilies) is responsible for participant recruitment, prescreening, coordination of community services linkages and discharge planning.
  • Must have Bachelor's Degree in human services and 2 years' experience working with adult population.
  • Possess initiative and the ability to work effectively without close daily supervision.
