Description: We are a leading provider of educational support services and are looking for a caring and dedicated School-Based Social Worker to join our team in Maywood, IL. The ideal candidate will work closely with students, families, and school staff to deliver crucial social work services within the school environment. Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and group counseling to students facing social, emotional, and behavioral obstacles.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and school personnel to create and execute effective intervention plans.
- Perform assessments to pinpoint student needs and devise personalized intervention strategies.
- Act as a link between the school, families, and community resources to ensure all-encompassing support for students.
- Take part in multidisciplinary team meetings to assess student progress and efficiently coordinate services.
- Maintain precise and confidential records of student interactions and provided services.

Requirements:
- Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
- Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in Illinois.
- School Social Worker endorsement or eligibility for endorsement in Illinois.
- At least one year of experience working as a social worker in a school or similar setting.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
- Proficiency in collaborating effectively with diverse student groups and multidisciplinary teams.
