POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for cleaning and maintaining cleanliness at Company offices and work sites.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Regular attendance at work, ability to work flexible hours
  • Compliance with safety and environmental rules
  • Cleaning of rooms, restrooms, and work areas

Skills: Ability to read and comprehend instructions, knowledge of hand and power tools.

Behavioral Attributes: Integrity, safety conscious, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Required to have and maintain a Florida Driver's License.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Must meet specific vision requirements and wear personal protective equipment.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

Exposure to various hazards in an industrial shipyard environment, including electrical shock, loud noise, and chemicals. Strict adherence to safety procedures required.
