About the team

The AWS DX Metrics and Monitoring (M&M) team is chartered with delivering and building resilient software systems across two verticals, DX network monitoring and providing metrics for DX resources.

We provide an active monitoring solution for all DX data plane features to detect and indicate signals towards internal / external customer systems to allow for visibility of the DX network state and mitigation of network unavailability globally.

Additionally, the team collects and streams metrics from the DX resources and publishes these for consumption by customers through CloudWatch.
