Job Description:
Ryan Companies US, Inc. is excited to welcome a Senior Data Analyst to our team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting various departments like Operational Excellence, Insights, and Accounting by establishing essential connections between internal data and broader market analytics. These insights will empower us to make informed decisions, enhance client relationships, and steer our business towards greater success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to provide data-driven solutions for operational challenges
  • Organize data ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and flexibility, to unearth valuable patterns and trends
  • Establish a systematic approach to capture, filter, and share project insights
  • Develop and manage dashboards and PowerApps for effective communication of analyses and trends
  • Explore various data sets to fuel predictive modeling
  • Identify opportunities to align data solutions with Ryan's strategic objectives
  • Partner with key stakeholders to establish benchmarks for monitoring and mitigating risks
  • Coordinate with change management teams to maintain a comprehensive dataset of initiatives for prioritization

To excel in this role, candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in data analytics, data science, or a related business field, along with a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Analyst. Proficiency in data visualization tools, SQL querying, and data interpretation is essential.



Desired Qualifications:
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft SQL Server, and other relevant platforms
  • Familiarity with the real estate lifecycle, including development, design, construction, and management
  • The ability to align technological advancements with organizational needs effectively
