Senior Patient Support Operations Analyst

OpenLoop Health is seeking a Senior Patient Support Operations Analyst to contribute to our dynamic Patient Support team. This position involves close collaboration with the Senior Director of Patient Support to enhance operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe role encompasses a variety of tasks, including:
- Data Management: Design and oversee data collection frameworks to guarantee precise and timely information for patient retention initiatives.
- Performance Metrics Oversight: Develop and sustain a detailed metrics dashboard to evaluate performance and refine scheduling for the support unit.
- Resource Allocation Optimization: Utilize data-driven insights to enhance scheduling and resource distribution, ensuring effective operations of the support team.
- Reporting and Insights: Create regular reports and visual dashboards that deliver actionable insights to senior leadership, aiding in strategic decision-making.
- Trend Identification: Analyze support data to recognize trends and patterns, forecasting future requirements and adapting to evolving demands.
- Data Quality Assurance: Maintain the highest standards of data quality and integrity in all reporting and analytical tasks.
- Cross-Department Collaboration: Partner with the support team, IT, and other relevant divisions to align data initiatives with organizational objectives.
- Process Enhancement: Actively seek opportunities to refine data processes, reporting systems, and overall operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- A minimum of 5 years in data analysis, ideally within a customer support or call center environment.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, or similar platforms. Familiarity with Zoho Analytics is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to interpret complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the capacity to present data clearly to diverse stakeholders.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all work aspects.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects concurrently.
