This firm is growing rapidly and is seeking a Senior Tax and Accounting Manager to work closely with the CFO and lead accounting operations.

The Senior Tax and Accounting Manager will review financial statements and records for accuracy, manage tax- and audit-related processes, and develop/streamline procedures.
In order to be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have a strong background in partnership tax, plus real estate and/or private equity industry experience.
Public accounting experience strongly preferred. This role is fully on-site in the South Bay.This company offers a competitive compensation package, bonus potential, and 100% employer-paid benefits.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4+ years of public accounting experience
Real Estate or Private Equity industry experience
Tax background, specifically partnership tax
