Job Duties:
- Integrate final budgets into Procore.
- Work with project managers to compile owner billings via Procore.
- Provide project managers and controller with timely financial reports and budgets, as well as project forecasts.
- Prepare pre-billing reports for project managers to review.
- Monitor project receivables.
- Assist with project payables.
- Oversight of necessary project documentation.
- Perform ad-hoc financial analysis.
- Performing other accounting or administrative duties as assigned.
Position Requirements
- Experience with Procore Project Financials.
- Ability to simultaneously handle multiple responsibilities.
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, often changing environment.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office, particularly with Excel.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with various levels of employees.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Ability to work with little to no supervision.
- Ability to work efficiently and manage deadlines.
- Experience with Sage 300 (preferred).

Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to:
- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;
- other business and organizational needs.
With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
