Job Description: As a School Psychologist, you will play a vital role in supporting the social, emotional, and academic development of students. Working collaboratively with educators, parents, and other professionals, you'll conduct assessments, provide counseling, and implement interventions to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. Your expertise and empathy will help students thrive academically and reach their full potential.

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
  • Massachusetts state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a School Psychologist
  • Experience in a school or educational setting is advantageous

Job Requirements:

  • Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments to identify students' strengths and needs
  • Provide counseling and support services to students to enhance their emotional well-being
  • Collaborate with educators and parents to develop effective behavior and intervention plans
  • Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings to contribute to students' success
  • Promote a positive and inclusive school culture through workshops and presentations
