  • Intervention: Craft personalized intervention plans and offer counseling sessions tailored to each student's unique needs, empowering them to overcome challenges and reach their full potential.

  • Consultation: Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop effective strategies and provide guidance to parents, fostering strong partnerships to support student success.

  • Crisis Support: Be prepared to provide timely intervention services when needed, ensuring students receive the support and assistance they require during difficult times.

  • Advocacy: Champion inclusive practices to create an environment where all students feel valued and supported, advocating tirelessly for their academic and emotional well-being.

  • Development: Stay abreast of the latest research and best practices in the field of School Psychology, continuously expanding your knowledge and expertise to better serve students.

Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree: Hold a Master's degree in School Psychology, providing you with the necessary knowledge and skills to excel in this role.

  • Oregon Psychology License: Possess an active Oregon Psychology License, demonstrating your commitment to upholding professional standards and ethics.

  • Experience: Previous experience in school or pediatric settings is preferred, allowing you to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.

  • NASP Certification: While not required, NASP certification is preferred, highlighting your dedication to professional development and excellence.
