SOSi is currently seeking a Site Lead to assist in contract operations for a large intelligence services program currently focused on the USCENTCOM AOR with CONUS reachback. The Site Lead will work with Regional Managers (RM) and the Program Manager (PM) to resolve PCO/COR identified contract performance matters within their assigned CONUS site.


Essential Job Duties

  • Receive and execute technical taskings from COR/TTM to the designated local Government representative at their assigned Regional Command.
  • Report mission related information to the RM/PM when required by the PWS, appropriate regulations and guidelines, or when required by the COR to the local Government representative on tasking status.
  • Ensure that all reported information supports RM/PM reporting requirements.
  • Provide recommendations and comments for assessing and reporting intelligence related requirements to the contractor’s PM for inclusion in the monthly and quarterly status reports.
  • Assist in the coordination of planning, programming, development, scheduling, and implementation of various intelligence support functions.
  • Assist in providing various reports (including but not limited to): Monthly Status Report, Mobilization Plan Background Check Plan, Arming Authority Plan, Misconduct Report, etc.
  • Provide recommendations and comments for assessing and reporting intelligence related requirements.
  • Assist with implementation of intelligence support program.

Minimum Requirements

  • Active in scope TS/SCI clearance.
  • At least eight (8) years of experience working in a Government environment as either Government or contractor employee providing administrative contract or logistical management support with at least two (2) years of experience in Iraq or Afghanistan or equivalent deployed experience.
  • Proficiency in using basic computer applications to include MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and current information automation and dissemination (KM) tools such as SharePoint or other KM tools.
  • Capable of effectively operating as a member of a joint/combined intelligence team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education.
  • At least four (4) years of relevant experience.
  • Management experience, including leading large complex projects or teams.
  • Former Military NCO.

Work Environment

  • Living and working conditions while TDY or deployed could be remote and uncomfortable, with long hours, exposure to weather, adverse conditions, and relocation on short notice.
