Soliant Health, a leading healthcare staffing provider, is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a reputable school district in Farmington, NM. This is a full-time, onsite position for the upcoming school year with a primarily elementary caseload. We are looking for a passionate professional who is committed to making a positive impact on the lives of students.

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic and social progress
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting intervention strategies as needed
  • Participate in IEP (Individualized Education Program) meetings and contribute to the development of student goals

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid license to practice Speech-Language Pathology in the state of New Mexico (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but new graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
