About the Part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist Position (20 Hours/Week): 

Our client is a long-standing leader Manufacturing.  They are currently seeking a temporary Part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team for a duration of 3-6+ months. Essential Functions for the Part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist:
  • The Part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for the full AR cycle.
  • Manage and reconcile customer accounts to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
  • Generate and send out invoices, follow up on overdue payments, and maintain communication with clients regarding billing inquiries.
  • Conduct regular audits of accounts to identify and resolve discrepancies.
  • The Part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist will collaborate with internal teams to address and resolve customer issues or disputes.
  • Prepare reports on accounts receivable status and contribute to financial forecasting.
Preferred Requirements for the Part-time Accounts Receivable Specialist:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment. 
  • Knowledge and experience using MS Dynamics or equivalent accounting ERP software.
  • Experience and proficiency in MS Office Applications Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power Point).
  • Excellent communication and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines.
  • Detail oriented.
