Create subcontractor agreements and guide subcontractors through the sign-up process.
Act as a liaison between corporate and branch employees on payroll and benefits issues.
Provide administrative support for HR processes such as I-9 processing, new hire, and termination paperwork.
Assist corporate staff and branch managers in implementing new policies and processes.
Perform various administrative support functions for branch and corporate teams as directed by the Branch Manager and Regional Administrator.
Qualifications
A degree in accounting or business-related field or a minimum of 3 years of related experience.
Strong computer skills and fluency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be detail-oriented, organized, and prioritized in a fast-paced environment.

- the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
- licensure and certification requirements;
- office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
