Responsibilities for the Laboratory Validation Engineer include:

Experience Pharmaceutical Laboratory OperationsMust be familiar and have experience with laboratory instrument selection, installation (IQ/OQ) and qualification (PQ)Experience supporting laboratory investigations from beginning to end including, root cause identification and the implementation of CAPAs, and authoring the final investigationHands-on experience with laboratory GMP instruments (i.e. AA, HPLC (waters), Autotitrators, NIR, ICP, FT-IR, particle counter, Gas analyzer)Experience with compendial method verification 

Qualifications for the Laboratory Validation Engineer include:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Biochemistry with minimum of 5 years experience in a Manufacturing GMP environment. Proven ability to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously and independently.Demonstrated interpersonal skills including flexibility, collaboration and inclusion skills and ability to work in a team environment. Demonstrated self-starter with capability to develop innovative solutions to challenges.Proven analytical aptitude, critical thinking skills and ability to apply key concepts.Speaks with courage and candor. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation for the Laboratory Validation Engineer include:

·Year-long consulting assignment

·Pay rate - $60-$65/hour

·Subsidized benefits, 2 weeks PTO, 6 paid holidays, 401k
