Tax Analyst
Our client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Tax Analyst to join their team. This role will involve tax compliance, research, reporting, and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a public accounting background, with experience in tax research, corporate tax, and compliance.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct in-depth research on federal, state, and international tax laws, regulations, and guidelines to support tax compliance and planning initiatives.
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of tax planning strategies to minimize corporate tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with all applicable laws.
  • Review and analyze financial and tax data for internal reporting, ensuring accuracy and completeness for tax purposes.
  • Assist with preparing documentation and responses for internal and external audits, tax filings, and other tax-related inquiries.
  • Collaborate with finance, accounting, legal, and other departments to ensure that tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
  • CPA or CPA Candidate.
  • 2-4 years of tax-related experience, preferably in public accounting.
  • Experience in corporate taxation, tax compliance, or tax advisory is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of tax principles, tax laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex tax data and regulations.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical tax matters to non-tax professionals.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; experience with tax software.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
