Product Manager 

Trusted Concepts, a Division of Two Six Technologies, is looking to add a dynamic, technically savvy Product Manager to help with operations, planning, and management of a critical SIGINT mission management program for a Government customer. The candidate will work directly with the customer and across the technical team to understand and define requirements, manage and prioritize the SW development backlog in JIRA, work with the test team to ensure changes to our product meet mission intent, as well as prepare and brief program content to all levels of the customer. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring software development activities are on schedule and delivering to meet client goals. An ideal candidate would be comfortable in supporting opportunities across other internal programs and can help expand business with this customer.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary representative for our team and product by understanding the mission and how our product supports current and future needs
  • Engage with the customer and third party vendors to define requirements and coordinate efforts within and across teams
  • Engage with and brief senior level customers and stakeholders on upcoming priorities, accomplishments, overall program status, demonstrations, etc.
  • Conduct TEMs to discuss key delivery issues and questions between Government Program Office officials and our technical team
  • Work with the operations lead and technical lead to scope work, capacity plan, and ensure requirements are met and deliveries executed on time
  • Lead the agile development cycle, prioritize the backlog based on feedback from users and product owner, ensure proper product delivery
  • Work with the test team to ensure new developments in the product meet the requirements defined by the customer
  • Improve how we operate – using DevOps tools and AGILE principles that improve velocity
  • Help manage and lead a high performing team with the PM, Ops Lead and Tech Lead 

Keys for Success:

  • 4+ years of experience running or managing agile programs with an understanding of agile principles and how they can be customized to fit our program's work
  • Experience with tools used in agile development including JIRA and Confluence
  • Expertise in writing and defining technical requirements for cloud-based software.
  • Experience with enterprise product implementations for applications on the cloud
  • Strong ability to build and confidently brief Senior Government officials
  • Great organization skills at the individual and program levels (scheduling, resource management, etc..)
  • Understanding of Intelligence Community customers and their priorities

Bonus Points 

  • Possessing relevant certification(s) related to running agile programs (e.g. Certified ScrumMaster, PMI Agile Certified Practitioner) 
  • Experience working with very tech-centric employees and teams
  • General understanding of Government contracts, budget cycles, and resource staffing processes

Must hold TS/SCI clearance with CI Poly.
