Job:Teletherapy Intervention Specialist

We're seeking a dedicated virtual Intervention Specialist to join our team and help foster academic and emotional growth in students through targeted interventions.

Position Overview:
As a teletherapy Intervention Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting students' academic success and socio-emotional well-being in a virtual learning environment. You will collaborate with teachers, parents, and administrators to identify students in need of interventions and develop and implement strategies to address their individual needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to identify students' academic strengths and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement individualized intervention plans tailored to students' needs and goals.
  • Monitor students' progress and adjust intervention strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to ensure continuity of support for students across virtual learning environments.
  • Maintain accurate records of interventions, progress, and communication with students and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • -Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Previous experience working in education, counseling, or a related field, preferably in a virtual setting.
  • Strong understanding of child development, learning theories, and evidence-based intervention strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators.
  • Proficiency in virtual communication tools and platforms (e.g., video conferencing, learning management systems).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
