Overall Responsibilities

This Operations Finance Manager will play a crucial role in optimizing financial performance across all operational aspects of the company. This position requires a deep understanding of financial principles, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various departments. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing financial strategies to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.

Specific Key Responsibilities & Duties
  • Develop and maintain financial models to analyze operational performance, including but not limited to cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize financial performance.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Lead the development and implementation of operational budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to operational teams to ensure alignment with financial goals and objectives.
  • Conduct regular reviews of operational processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend solutions to improve cost-effectiveness and productivity.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and standardization initiatives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports and analysis to senior management, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes that may impact financial performance.
  • Assist in special project assignments, collaborate in cross-functional teams and provide ad-hoc analysis when required
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field;
  • 3+ years of experience in finance or accounting.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
  • Proven ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as Excel, ERP systems, and BI tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and influence others.
