Talent Management Program Analyst

Key Role:

Provide operational support to implement resource management processes for assigned team. Responsible for data management and data entry activities in support of talent management functions. Track and coordinate disposition status for proposed staff placements. Support the development and presentation of resource management reports and metrics. Support the collection and management of staff resumes. Provide support in directing staff to resource management tools and resources and assist staff in accessing and maintaining profiles, resumes, availability status and relevant opportunity information. Track all current and incoming opportunity requests and work with resource management team to prioritize fulfillment of tasks and monitor status. Perform a variety of routine tasks to facilitate human resource functional areas. Apply advanced consulting skills and extensive technical expertise. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction.

Basic Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience as a program manager and team leader

  • Experience delivering results and customer service from the most senior to the most junior members of an organization

  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Knowledge of talent management and human resource management processes and systems

  • Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple projects to completion

  • Ability to accept assigned tasks and deliver results on very short timelines

  • Secret clearance

  • Bachelor's degree

Additional Qualifications

  • Experience leading and as a member of teams comprised of military, government civilian and contractor personnel

  • Experience with US Marine Corps personnel administration systems

  • Knowledge of US Marine Corps personnel administration and human resource policy

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Teams

  • Possession of excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Possession of excellent customer service skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
