Soliant Education is excited to offer a full-time opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Canton, GA. This role provides a chance to make a significant impact on students communication skills throughout the entire academic year within a supportive and dynamic school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and oversee individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Perform thorough assessments, deliver specialized therapy, and track student progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings and support students academic and social success.
  • Keep detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with parents and school personnel.
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings to stay updated on the latest practices and techniques in speech-language pathology.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid SLP license or certification in Georgia.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with students, families, and educational staff.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
