Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) and therapy plans for students with speech and language challenges.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, deliver specialized therapy, and track student progress in areas such as articulation, fluency, and language development.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to integrate therapy goals into classroom settings and support students' academic and social success.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of therapy sessions, student progress, and communications with parents and school personnel.
  • Participate in professional development and school meetings to stay updated on the latest practices and techniques in speech-language pathology.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field.
  • Valid SLP license or certification in the state of employment.
  • Experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.

  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing documentation and tracking student progress.
