At Soliant Health, were looking for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to work with K-12 students in Highland Park, NJ for the 2024-2025 school year. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a lasting impact on students' academic and personal success.

What Youll Do:
  • Evaluate Communication Skills
    Conduct comprehensive assessments, using a combination of standardized tests and clinical observations, to identify the specific speech and language needs of each student.

  • Design Individualized Therapy Plans
    Tailor intervention strategies to each students unique challenges, targeting areas such as articulation, fluency, and social communication.

  • Collaborate with a Dynamic Team
    Work hand-in-hand with teachers, parents, and support staff to foster a positive learning environment and help each student reach their fullest potential.

  • Track Progress and Adapt Plans
    Monitor and document student progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans to ensure continued growth and success.

What You Bring:
  • Required:

    • Eligibility or current license to practice as an SLP in New Jersey.
  • Preferred:

    • ASHA certification (not required, but a plus)
    • Experience in a school setting, though passion and dedication to working with children are the most important.
