Our client, a well-known publicly traded organization based in Atlanta, is actively seeking a Consolidations & Reporting Manager to join their team. This individual will join a well-established group with a great deal of historical knowledge and experience within the organization. Our client fosters a company culture based on respect and collaboration, and they do a fantastic job with employee retention and growth within the org.  

 

Responsibilities: 

  • Review and consolidate financial results for US subsidiaries and international operations monthly.  

  • Maintain process controls for the international close process. 

  • Manage the intercompany accounting function.  

  • Work alongside the legal and tax team on projects involving legal entities. 

  • Coordinate with external auditors on both US and international operations audit related matters. 

  • Assist with purchase price valuation and purchase accounting entries for acquisitions. 

  • Manage one team member.  

  • Collaborate with other functional leaders as well as international team members to ensure accurate reporting. 

 

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree required. 

  • Master's degree preferred. 

  • CPA required. 

  • Public accounting experience required. 

  • Industry accounting experience required. 

  • Management experience preferred.

  • the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
