Job Details for the Billing Specialist :
  • Schedule: Monday-Friday 1st Shift (Flex Start Times)

Job Responsibilities & Description for the Billing Specialist:
  • Verify accuracy of invoicing information for multiple entities
  • Create invoice batches, mail/email invoices to customers, and process adjustments
  • Set up memberships and handle extensions/cancelations 
  • Contact technicians/management for clarification on task codes, discrepancies, and pricing/warranty info

Job Requirements for the Billing Specialist:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in billing, invoicing, and/or accounts receivables 
  • Must have outstanding mathematical and analytical skills 
  • Must be detail-oriented 
  • Understanding of Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
