Job Requirements:
  • Qualified candidates will have 4-6 years of relevant experience in a top 100 law firm setting.
  • We are specifically seeking candidates with experience and an interest in continuing or building a practice around healthcare transactional work, with a focus on private equity transactions.
  • Candidates with experience in the foregoing with other complimentary areas of experience should also apply.
  • Excellent academic credentials and solid writing skills are required.

  • Candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with client, business, and legal teams.
  • Must have a strong academic record, excellent writing, and oral communication skills.
  • North Carolina Bar is required.
