Job Description:

We have multiple openings for Special Education Teachers in Racine, Wisconsin, for the upcoming school year. These positions are full-time and require in-person attendance. Positions are available at the middle school for SPED Resource Teachers, early childhood for Early Childhood Teachers, and elementary for SPED Resource Teachers.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) for students.
  • Provide specialized instruction and support based on student needs.
  • Collaborate with general education teachers and support staff.
  • Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as necessary.
  • Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications:
  • Special Education Teacher licensure or certification as required by Wisconsin.
  • Experience with the specified caseloads and grade levels preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in an in-person school environment.
