Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and socially conscious Early Childhood Educator to join our team as an Infant/Toddler Teacher. As a key member of our early childhood education program, you will play a vital role in creating a positive and supportive learning environment for children aged 0-3 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to the unique needs and abilities of each child
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective teaching approach
  • Build strong relationships with families and communicate effectively to ensure a smooth transition between home and school
  • Conduct regular child assessments to track progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest research and best practices in early childhood education
Requirements
  • Infant/Toddler CDA or Associates or Bachelors Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
  • At least 120 training hours (nine credits) in Infant/Toddler content
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for working with young children and their families
