Deputy Program Manager

As a Deputy Program Manager at Boeing Intelligence & Analytics, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Program Manager by overseeing geographically dispersed teams and driving the development of cutting-edge technologies with significant mission impact. With the PM you will be responsible for Task Order with over a dozen programs and ensure programs deliver customer requirements are delivered on schedule and to specification. You will be responsible for detailed project planning and execution, team management, stakeholder communication, budget management, risk management, quality assurance, and ensuring contract compliance. Your role will also involve resource allocation, performance monitoring and reporting, change management, maintaining comprehensive project documentation, ensuring customer satisfaction, facilitating training and development, and coordinating with external vendors. Experience and Qualifications:

To be eligible for this demanding position, the ideal candidate should demonstrate the following experience and qualifications:

Required Education and Years of Experience:

  • 19 years of experience and a Bachelors degree
  • 17 years of experience and a Masters Degree or
  • Additional experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree

Required Qualifications:

  • Current & active TS/SCI w/poly clearance
  • Experience in direct support of DoD, DIA, or the Intelligence Community
  • Experience managing complex DoD, DIA, or Intelligence Community projects/operations across multi- domain, multi-tenant environments.
  • Experience with the DIA FMF+ process and managing Xacta documentation to deliver accredited software capability on classified government networks.
  • Demonstrable experience transitioning to and operating within DIA's AIDE and DPASS environments.
  • Experience managing a large operational footprint of diverse teams providing support to applications, services, microservices, Platform as a Service (PaaS), and support services utilizing fixed hardware and multi-cloud environments.
  • Experience leading large programs in excess of 200+ personal
  • Ability to inspire and lead cross-functional teams, guiding them towards achieving program goals.
  • Able to inspire and lead by example promoting a positive work culture and ensuring an inclusive and collaborative environment.
  • Experience as the main point of contact for Government Operations and Program stakeholders able to communicate clearly and deliberately in stressful situations.
  • Expertise receiving high level technical requirements and developing and managing a plan resulting in delivery of software solutions meeting or exceeding customer requirements.
  • Strong technical background with an understanding of the software development life-cycle and continuous software delivery experience.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey information to stakeholders, team members, and executives.
  • Capability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks to ensure program success.
  • Understanding of program budgets, control costs, and experience ensuring financial resources are used efficiently.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that arise during program execution.
  • Skill in managing relationships with stakeholders, understanding their needs, and ensuring their expectations are met.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with code development, deployment, versioning or leading a development team
  • Working in cloud architecture with AWS EC2, RDS, S3, VPC, Elastic Search
  • Experience working with fixed hardware and VMs

Telework Availability: Limited telework available, must be able to regularly work in a SCIF

Work Location: National Capital Region

Summary Pay Range:

Please note that the information shown below is a general guideline only. Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

  • Salary Range: $210k – $250k
