Job Details for Maintenance Mechanic:
  • Schedule: Mon-Fri 6am-2:30pm 
  • Pay: $25/hr
  • Temp-Perm

Job Responsibilities for Maintenance Mechanic:
  • Perform highly diversified duties to install and maintain production equipment and the plant facility’s equipment
  • Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production, and perform scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment
  • Perform simple machinist duties and responsibilities, (e.g.; welding, cutting, brazing)
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test, and make adjustments
  • Use a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing duties

Job Requirements for Maintenance Mechanic:
  • Knowledge of and familiarity with:
    • Chemical reactor systems, including glass-lined and stainless steel vessels
    • PLC control systems, including smart-valves, VFDs and I/O modules
    • Pumps and pumping systems
    • Cooling towers and chiller systems
    • Air compressors and compressed-air systems
    • Hot oil heating systems
