JOB DESCRIPTION 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Create and maintain the month-end checklists and monthly financial statements in Silk and Acumatica.
• Review the monthly financial statement files in Acumatica and prepare month-end projection files for
Financial Planning.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
• Bachelor’s Degree is required with a concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience working in Accounting or Finance.
• Working knowledge of AR. AP. GL and reports in Silk and Acumatica preferred.
• Experience working with multiple levels of leadership.
• Manages time effectively and adapts to quickly changing priorities.
• Ability to handle several tasks simultaneously and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
• Verbal, written communication, and organizational skills are also needed in this position.
• Must have strong computer skills.
• Ability to utilize Microsoft excel.
• Excellent problem solving, judgment making, analytical, customer service and organizational skills.
• Ability to build relationships with all parts of the business, IT, HR, Divisions, Operations, local accounting team and larger company wide accounting team.
