Project Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Provide project management and technical oversight. Interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel, and customer agency representatives. Use Reliability, Maintainability, Quality, Supportability, and Interoperability (RMQSI) methods to identify and highlight the need for system modifications, improvements, overhauls, and procedural enhancements. Addressemergent sustainment challenges that require rapid, specialized research, analysis, and solution development to maintain operational availability and functionality.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience with program management
  • Experience with managing projects of various sizes
  • Experience with overseeing aspects of IAC MAC contracts, including financials, deliverables, quality, TO compliance, resource allocation, and coordinating with our Contract Administrator and Subcontract Administrator (CA/SCA)
  • Knowledge of F-16, A-10, and T-38 aircraft
  • Ability to independently develop and maintain Contract Data List Requirements (CDRL) submissions, including monthly status reports and financial records
  • Ability to maintain a high level of communication with project leads to understand project status and risks to execution
  • Ability to create comprehensive project proposals that contain project and financial requirements that align with client needs
  • Secret clearance
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with weapon systems, including: B-1, B-2, E-3, F-15, and KC-135
  • Top Secret clearance

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $75,600.00 to $172,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
