Job Duties -
- Responsible for all aspects of accounts payable
- Use NetSuite for accounting processes
- Purchase order management
- Vendor communications
- Invoice processing
- Account analysis
- Assist in accounts receivable when needed
- Administrative tasks
Essentials -
- 2+ years of experience in AP (invoicing and vendors)
- Recent experience with NetSuite is a must
- Excellent communications skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and must be detail efficient
- Prior exposure to Microsoft Excel
Monday – Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm in the office.
