The QC Chemist will play a critical role in maintaining the integrity and quality of products.
Job Details for Quality Control Specialist: 
  • Schedule: Monday- Friday 7am-3:30pm
  • Pay- $28-30/hr
  • Contract-Hire

Job Responsibilities for Quality Control Specialist:1. Analytical Testing:    - Perform chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products using techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, UV-Vis spectroscopy, and other analytical methods.    - Conduct stability testing and method validation to ensure product quality and compliance with regulatory standards.
2. Documentation and Reporting:    - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all laboratory activities, including test results, deviations, and corrective actions.    - Prepare and review analytical reports, SOPs, and validation protocols in accordance with GMP and GLP guidelines.
3. Quality Assurance:    - Ensure compliance with cGMP, GLP, and FDA regulations and guidelines.    - Participate in internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and support.
4. Laboratory Maintenance:    - Calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory instruments and equipment.    - Ensure the laboratory environment is clean, safe, and organized, following all safety protocols.
Job Requirements for Quality Control Specialist:- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field.- 2+ years of experience in a pharmaceutical QC laboratory or similar environment.- Proficiency in analytical techniques such as HPLC, GC, FTIR, and UV-Vis spectroscopy.- Strong knowledge of cGMP, GLP, and FDA regulations.
