Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members. Lead our dynamic team as a highly skilled Technical AI Product Manager. Think strategically and manage the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. Lead the product development lifecycle for AI-driven products, from concept to production. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, data science, and software development, to define product requirements and roadmaps that support government needs. Translate government gaps and needs into detailed product specifications and technical requirements. Prioritize product features and enhancements based on market research, user feedback, and competitive analysis. Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product milestones. Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimization. Stay current with the latest AI trends, technologies, and best practices to inform product strategy. Communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders, including senior management and external partners.
Basic Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI or machine learning products
- Experience with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
- Experience with the DoD
- Experience successfully launching and managing AI-driven products
- Knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities
- Ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor’s degree in a CS, Engineering, or Data Science field
Additional Qualifications:
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for production
- Possession of excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Possession of excellent product management skills
- Possession of excellent interpersonal skills
- Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field
Clearance:

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
