Job Details:

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or equivalent
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • State licensure or eligibility for licensure in California
  • Experience in a school setting preferred, but not required
  • IEP experience preferred but not required
  • Experience with AAC devices preferred but not required

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings and assessments to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs
  • Provide therapy in individual or group sessions to improve communication skills
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other healthcare professionals to implement treatment plans and monitor progress
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
