Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team in Plymouth, MI. This role involves assessing, diagnosing, and treating students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for helping students improve their communication skills and achieve academic success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students.
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with communication disorders.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in groups.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy as needed.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student goals.

Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Active SLP license in Michigan.
  • Experience in a school-based setting is preferred.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Commitment to supporting students academic and personal growth.
