Graphic Designer III - 4x on-site Philadelphia, PA - Contract - W2 only no C2C

Description:

Responsibilities:

• Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project

• Use digital illustration photo editing software and layout software to create designs

• Create visual elements such as logos original images and illustrations that help deliver a desired message

• Design layouts and select colors images and typefaces to use

• Present design concepts to clients or art directors

• Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs

Seeking a mid-to-senior level graphic designer to work on both digital and print projects across multiple brand touchpoints. The Designer will collaborate closely with the Creative Services Team and internal/external partners in creating digital and print content. This position will be responsible for concept design and production of both digital and print deliverables and managing projects from creative brief to execution. Candidates will be adept at translating conceptual strategy into persuasive executions ideas and concepts in a variety of creative and consultative ways while maintaining visual appearance usability and brand continuity. The Designer 4 will work closely with subject matter experts from a variety of business units to turn technical information into digestible graphics and presentations. Candidates should be able to look at the bigger picture in a creative campaign have great written verbal and personal communication skills. Other key professional capabilities include excellent project management skills attention to detail and a positive flexible attitude. Must be a team player with an openness to feedback and direction and a demonstrable understanding of industry standards trends design processes methods and tools. Candidates must share their portfolio featuring beautifully designed projects showcasing a strong understanding and creative approach illustration typography iconography photography layout infographics social media campaigns and brand identity. Review designs for errors before printing or publishing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

• This team is going to be wearing a lot of hats, we need people who are okay being flexible, with our team being new, the work we do now might change in 6 months. Right now the TV business is a large part of the operating model - they will be doing merchandising, print and digital design.

• They will do creative work and some tasks that come with managing a brand like the UI and swapping out things for networks. They will do a little bit of everything in this role
