We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design and a keen eye for detail with the ability to create compelling channel/network assets including logos.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and create visually appealing channel/network assets including logos, icons, and other graphic elements for our streaming platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and consistent design across all platforms.
- Utilize graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma to develop and refine design concepts.
- Ensure all design assets adhere to visual accessibility requirements including appropriate color contrast.
- Manage and organize design files and assets in a systematic and accessible manner.
- Prepare and export a variety of image formats for use in different media and platforms.
- Utilize After Effects for basic tasks such as replacing image files, adjusting layers, and exporting to media encoder queue.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in graphic design with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for image editing and reworking.
- Strong understanding and practical experience with Figma including the proper use of components.
- Knowledge of visual accessibility requirements particularly in relation to color contrast.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects for simple tasks related to image and layer adjustments.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to maintain a well-structured file system.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the video streaming industry or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with media encoding and exporting processes.
- Knowledge of the latest design trends and best practices.
