Chipton-Ross is seeking 10 Procurement Agent 4's for a contract/hybrid opportunity in Berkeley, MO.

*This position is HYBRID/ONSITE - This position will be 100% on site for at least the first 6-8 weeks. Hybrid model will follow with at least 3 days per week on site.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
oDevelops procurement and supply chain solutions, strategies and policies to support customer requirements
o Develops and executes company strategic business goals and objectives
o Consults on proposal analyses and development of negotiation strategies
Formalizes procurement requirements with customers and leads the supplier negotiation
process
o Prepares and executes negotiated documents
o Ensures compliance with company procedures and regulatory requirements
o Manages contract terminations
o Develops organization and company improvement plans

HARD REQUIREMENTS:
If hired, successful completion of training is a contingency for this assignment.

REQUIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
oMust have: Experience as a Buyer or Procurement Agent in Aerospace industry
o 6-10 or more years of experience drafting, negotiating and executing complex contracts to best value
o 6-10 or more years of experience in proposal development and contract negotiations with US Government Customers
o Experience managing indirect and direct cost to improve competitiveness
o Experience leading proposals, contract terms and conditions development
o More than 6 years of experience in Supplier Management/ Procurement as a Purchasing Agent

DESIRED SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
o Bachelor's degree or higher
o Previous client experience
o Experience with FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulations) and DFAR requirements
o Experience with procurement systems; Network Procurement (NWP) or SAP (4HANA)
o Experience negotiating non-competitive, government procurements
that exceed the Truth In Negotiations Act (TINA) threshold

EDUCATION:
Accredited Bachelor's degree (preferred) or a High School Diploma/GED (required).

TRAVEL: YES
Potential for less than 10% domestic travel.

FULL TIME/FIRST SHIFT
WORK HOURS: 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
