Responsibilities:
  • Attend all shift and trainingsmeetings
  • Follow all safety policies and proceduresto ensure a safe working environmentProvides day-to-day direction,supervision, and coaching to WorkersEnsure workers compliance withsafety check list and the completion of new worker requireddocuments
  • Performance/quality management and safetytraining

Qualifications:

  • HighSchool degree or GED or equivalentexperience
  • 1yrs+ experience working in large scalewarehouse or highly knowledgeable in warehouse operations as asupervisor
  • Or- 2yrs experience working as a warehouselead
  • Experience in ALL areas of warehousing(shipping, receiving, picking/pulling, stocking,etc.)
  • Understanding of OSHA guidelines andwarehouse safety measuresExcellent communicationskills
  • Deep understanding of warehouse managementsystems/ inventory management systemsBilingual in English andSpanish a PLUS
  • Smart Phone is required to sign in and outfor your shift (not allowed inwarehouse)
  • Reliable, safe and a teamplayer
  • Authorized to work inthe US withoutsponsorship
  • Access to reliable transportation for allrequired shifts
