Responsibilities&Duties:

  • Provideinformation and direction on vehicle diagnostics and technicalsolutions to internal customers via telephone and supportedequipment 

  • Carryout duties in Elmhurst, IL and remotely connect to vehicles tocomplete diagnostic scans andcalibrations

  • Documentall customer interactions indatabase 

  • Workwithin groups of technicians and software development teams toimprove products andservices 

  • Maximizefirst time resolution of customerqueries 

  • Providetraining support and basic technical support to customers andemployees asrequired 

  • Otherduties asrequested 

  • Workweek is Monday-Friday, position hours are 8am -5pm

  • Thisis a non-exempt position with no supervisoryresponsibilities

Qualifications: 

  • HighSchool diploma or GEDrequired

  • AutomotiveRepair experience/educationrequired

  • Proficiencyin Microsoft Office or Google Workspacerequired 

  • Superiorcustomer service skillsrequired 

  • Strongproblem-solving capabilitiesrequired 

  • Abilityto communicate effectively both verbally and in writing withcustomersrequired 

  • Abilityto multi-taskrequired 

  • Embracea team atmosphere and winningculture

PreferredQualifications:

  • OE/Dealerlevel diagnostic and programming experience aplus

  • Familiaritywith pre/post scanning of automobiles; ADAS/OEM Scan toolexperience ispreferred 

  • 1to 3 years experience as an automobiletechnician

  • ASEL1 certification is a plus (ASE Certification(s), I-Car, MECP andALLDATA) 

  • Familiaritywith CCC Oneplatform

  • Collisionautomotiveexperience 

  • Bilingualin Spanish or Spanish speaking ability aplus
