Position: Business Development RepresentativeLocation: Onsite in Grand Rapids, MISalary: 45k base Grand Rapids, MI | Full-Time | Onsite I'm partnering with a growing logistics organization that provides freight solutions across the U.S. and internationally. They are seeking a Business Development Representative to join their sales team and help drive new business opportunities. Responsibilities for Business Development Representative: Prospect and generate leads with companies that have shipping needs Build and maintain client relationships Collaborate with carriers and internal teams to resolve supply chain challenges Meet and exceed sales targets Qualifications for Business Development Representative: 1+ years in sales, service or logistics OR a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field Strong communication and relationship-building skills Highly organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented Experience with CRM tools and freight/logistics is a plus Compensation & Perks: $45K base during training, then $50K on day 91 Commission eligibility from Day 1 Health, dental, vision, life insurance 401(k) match Monthly wellness stipend after 90 days #LI-MS6 #ZRCFS #INNOV2025 Business Development Representative Business Development Representative Business Development Representative Business Development Representative
