SalaryStructure: $600Cell phone reimbursement, 6K auto allowance, and bonus structure of12K KPI structure (75-85% average met)

 Essential Job Duties andResponsibilities
Selling
-Developing and leveraging relationships with key influenceand decision makers in assigned stores and markets.
-Delivering consistent market level contact and administrationas per client and customer standards.
Effectivelygaining front end and main aisle presence of clientbrands.

-Responsible for sellingproducts & programs to the assigned retailerroute

-Assistswholesaler representative with the selling-in of trade solutions,sampling activations, and POCplacement 

-Responsiblefor increasing distribution and volume across the key on premiseand key off-premise accounts 

-Buildrelationships with local wholesaler team(s): sales reps,merchandiser, team leads, sign-shop,etc.

 

AchievingResults
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed goals for assignedstores and markets.

-Implements sales performance measures andtargets using brand priorities with wholesalers while assisting inachieving expected results 


-Growing POS for client brands by selling incremental displaylocations, selling the execution of plan-o-grammed locations,executing initiatives as well as maintaining in stockconditions.
- Analyzes and develops business plans eachQuarter that identifies opportunities to grow sales within theirterritory.

-Utilizes sales history, data tools, andcompetitive activity to manage territory andretailers 

-Executesevents and promotional activities – sampling, engraving, training(may include evenings and weekends)

-Improvesvelocity in accounts by building displays, driving distribution,resetting coolers, displaying POS items, educating retailemployees, hand selling, sampling, securing features, anddeveloping promotional programs 

Organizing andPlanning
-Follows team sales call standards and strategicallyimplements a call coverage plan that meets the business needs ofclient and the retail customer.
-Administration/Reporting: Complete accurate and timelypaperwork, reports, recaps, itineraries, expense reports,etc.
