The Opportunity:

That’s why we need you, a financial analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make sure the Army's resources can make the most impact.

As a financial analyst on our team, you’ll work on a financial management strategy to help the Army succeed. You’ll work with senior cost analysts and project leads to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals.

This is an opportunity for you to learn the laws, regulations, and policies that will help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with senior cost analysts and project leads. This is your chance to use your skills in operational research, budgeting, and regulatory compliance, while furthering your financial analysis experience.

You Have:

  • Knowledge of budgeting, strategic financial documentation, and analytics

  • Knowledge of preparing data and justifications for long-range budget exercises, budget briefs, and spend plans

  • Ability to adapt to changing project needs and financial landscapes

  • Secret clearance

  • Associate’s degree in a Financial or Business field

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tools (ACEIT) suite

  • Knowledge of formulating, presenting, and executing Project Manager (PM) life cycle program plans

  • Ability to evaluate analytical studies to find alternative solutions for cost and effectiveness

  • Possession of strong problem-solving, relationship management, and project planning and execution skills

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $51,600.00 to $105,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
