Job Summary:

The Graduate School is looking for an Individual to provide professional technical support to Faculty, Staff and Students at the Graduate School. This position will assist by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining databases. Identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding clients through corrective steps. Onboarding end users into grad school systems as well as basic training to the end users in program basics navigation. Improving client references by writing and maintaining basic documentation. Improves systems by identifying problems and recommending changes. Other duties as required.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities:

Technical proficiency, communication, problem solving, customer service. Slate experience highly desired.
